Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display product descriptions, images and prices accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. As our idols are handcrafted, natural variations in colour, finish, texture and detail are inherent and add to each piece’s uniqueness. These variations are not defects — they reflect the artisan’s individual work.
Pricing & Availability
Prices: Listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any display errors and to cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing.
Availability: Products are subject to availability. While we maintain inventory, some items may sell out. We’ll notify you if ordered items become unavailable and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order:
- You provide accurate, complete information (name, address, contact details, payment method).
- You warrant that you have authority to use the payment method provided.
- You accept our offer, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
- We process payment through secure, trusted providers.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Payment failures result in order cancellation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, violate our terms, or for reasons beyond our control (e.g., payment gateway issues, inventory errors).
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to:
- Courier delays and logistics beyond our control.
- Weather conditions, natural disasters or public holidays.
- International customs clearance (for overseas orders).
- Incomplete or inaccurate address information.

Returns & Exchanges
Damage within 3 days: If your idol arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photographs. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchange within 10 days: If you wish to exchange for a different product (size, material, design), you have 10 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging.
Beyond 10 days: Once 10 days have passed, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the idol is defective (manufacturing issue).
Refund processing: Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Warranty & Liability
Sanatan Gifts idols come with the assurance of handcraftsmanship and quality review. However, we provide no warranty for:
- Natural wear and tear after purchase (scratches, fading, patina development).
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or improper care.
- Damage from environmental factors (extreme heat, moisture, chemical exposure).
- Breakage or loss after delivery to your address.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanatan Gifts is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
- Damages arising from product use, website access or inability to access our services.
User Reviews & Content
